Crypto bull run usually begins and ends with Bitcoin. Bitcoin's all-time high was the 14th of April when it peaked at almost 65k USD.
It seemed that Bitcoin was in a correction like many times before until the 10th of May when it wasn't able to continue its uptrend and broke to the downside.
It also corrected 55% of the price since its peak in April and broke all major moving averages.
Taking all this into account, I think it's safe to say that the bull run was over in April.
