FireStarter IDO Launchpad Review

So, I actively participate on 6 IDO launchpads and I had to share what happened to me on FireStarter...

I passed KYC on the platform, but after a while, my MetaMask got hacked, so I updated my info and passed KYC on Blockpass, and re-initiated the process on FireStarter. After a few days when my status was not updated, I decided to submit a ticket. I clicked on the support link on the website, it opened the email and I submitted it. I never got a reply...

They also have a Telegram link, so I joined there. I asked how to get a reply to the ticket. Someone said I need to submit a ticket via Discord, but there was no Discord link on the website. I later got it from the Telegram group.

So, I finally joined Discord and submitted a support ticket there. Long story short, I got few replies in 9 days and nothing was resolved, will also link printscreen of the conversation.

I would never recommend joining FireStarter. Even if they have a low barrier for entry it's not worth it IMO.
