Last Shelter: How to get war badges

Ok, so.....War badges are used for cutting edge technology which unlocks T10 units. There are two ways that i know, one is of course buying packages, the other one is by buying them at Commercial Hub. In hub they usually sell for diamonds or Courage medals. Not sure if there is any other way to get them, so if anyone else knows im listening
