You can always try your luck with tickets 😁
You are gonna get most of the heroes with tickets yupp. You should save tickets and only use them on seasonal recruitment because there will be a 100% chance to get them when your "luck" factor get's to 1000. But the problem is that most of the time you won't get enough duplicates to fully unlock seasonal heroes.
Getting missing heroes with Hero Tokens is a much "safer" option. Make sure you only buy those that you already have(best if you have a duplicate already), because you will never have enough tokens. Btw you can get them in hourly challenges, I believe 3 times a day Hero Tokens can be spent in the Token shop in Heroes Hall.
