Signs of an ending bull market

Well, first thing first 😁
Predicting the exact moment at which the market is going to turn is very unlikely. Trying to do that will usually yield more losses than it otherwise would.
So, when looking for an ending bull market/market top, there are a couple of things that you can look at, but it also depends on what markets you trade. Let me name a few:

1. The decline in a 52-week high: it might not seem a big sign at first, but since a lot of other traders and investors are looking at it, it can be a powerful tool.

2. Time of a bull market: every market has its own cycles and studying past bull runs can be a good indication of how long the current one is going to last.

3. Spot the bubble: this is a hard one of course and there are no rules written in stone on how to do it other than watching the crowd trading the market and the price. If it's just all great news after great news and everyone just excited about everything going on in your market(yes, I'm talking to you, crypto astronaut 😁), then it's probably time to get out.
