The number one book I've read is Trading in the zone by Mark Douglas.
It doesn't focus on strategy or anything like that but on a trader's psychology. I think it's a must-read for any trader.
You can learn a lot from other traders as well, and book Market wizards by Jack D. Schwager is ideal for that. It's a collection of interviews with successful traders.
If you are looking for more than just trading, then Rich dad poor dad by Robert Kiyosaki is also a good read, but it's more of a self-help book focusing mostly on personal finance.
