Ive been watching some documentary, cant really remember the name right now, but they were doing some research on connection with protein intake and long life.
What they came up with was that we dont need large amounts of protein like we were made to believe. Quite the opposite, that we should eat much less protein than we do.
I would like to know if anyone is feeling better in general if they eat less protein.
